VOB with Smalls. Some heads are in the way of show, The camera wanders a little in Act 1, In Act 2, it happens more because it was filmed blindly without master monitoring what was happening. Not a bad capture of the show and the audio is crystal clear. During the whole show, a guy from the back of the theater kept cheering on the characters which was funny, a little annoying at some points, couldn’t tell if he was drunk or not lol. An amazing cast of the show that took away the audience by surprise, I am surprised they aren’t doing any big projects because they were very good on the performance.

Action followed as best as possible in the theatre in the round. Some scenes are quite dark but all the group numbers are great. Wonderful cast gives their all in the first public performance of this new production. A few mic issues as the company is still working out the tech.  No complaints about a single actor in their role. Amazing voices and interesting character choices. Much funnier/upbeat than most productions.

Some scenes are quite dark, and action can be missed (especially in the voicemails) when actors are on the balconies, but such is life for theatre in the round. Soft focus on some of the further away action. Act 2 was delayed and the understudy took over for Seasons of Love soloist and others. The cast reacting to her performance is the sweetest thing I've seen.

Unfortunately a few of the scenes are a bit dark, but that's the nature of the show itself. I don't know if cast knew I was recording or not, but they were all on their A+ game. Exceptional performances. Apologies for all the cheering and yelling for Devin who understudies the role of Collins and was on this evening. We're big fans.

Really good phone boot of the closing night performance. A few scenes/lines not captured on video since they happened too far to the right of the seats, but full show. 15 second dropout when Alexi Darling calls the first time. As usual, the dark scenes are pretty dark, but I'd still say this was a great capture of such a small, intimate venue. Video includes closing night speech and hugs from the director and cast.
